Space for socialising

Creating sheltered, weather proof seating to allow people to sociliase outdoors even during inclement weather.

Why the contribution is important

With indoor venues carrying increased risks in terms of Covid-19 or simialr pandmemic we need alternative spaces to socialise.

    The sheltered seating is an excellent idea - it makes our spaces more accessible as people can have designated places to rest and regain their breath

    Parks have had a positive impact on improving the physical and mental health of 70 per cent of us during lockdown - what else would encourage people to use their parks and greenspaces?
